ism3 Systems LLC was formed in 2026 for one category of work: regulated AI infrastructure — the layer between an enterprise’s AI and its data, contracted, inserted, and stood behind. The company is new; the practice is not. ism3 is built and operated by the team behind iSimplifyMe, which has been engineering enterprise systems from Chicago and Melbourne since 2011.
The split is deliberate. iSimplifyMe carries the research surface — the reference architectures and published papers — while ism3 carries the contracting work those papers describe. What we publish there, we deploy here. Both run on the same conviction: frontier models are commoditized inputs, and the infrastructure that makes them safe to operate in a regulated enterprise is not.
