How ism3 uses AI
ism3 deploys AI infrastructure for enterprise clients as its core business, and uses AI internally to assist with content drafting and research. All published content is reviewed by our team, and no consequential decision in an ism3 deployment is made by a model without deterministic validation and human attestation.
Transparency for an AI infrastructure firm cuts two ways. This page discloses both: how we use AI in our own work, and how the systems we build for clients govern theirs.
In the systems we deploy
Every ism3 deployment runs in the client’s tenancy — their cloud account, their data plane, their boundary. Client data, query logs, and retrieval indices never cross ism3’s environment, and none of it is used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model.
Model output is treated as probabilistic input, not as a decision. Decisions the client cannot afford to delegate — deadline math, regulatory checks, outbound communications — pass through deterministic validation, and actions with professional weight require a named human’s attestation. The Governance Layer records all of it: what was asked, what was retrieved, what was generated, and who signed off.
